It's insane how many of you are all about this Harry Potter. What a craze.

I kind of had more of a birthday yesterday. My in-laws' had a young adult group thing and we played some volleyball. My mother-in-law made a delicious chocolate/cherry cake and decorated the top with purple. :) It was nice. Oh, and Darren got me a HUGE jug of sangria. It's so damn good, you don't even know. I got that on Friday, though.

Last night Darren and I went to Dick's (he wanted to look at golf stuff). Then we went to Target afterward where I bought myself a shirt and new flip flops. I was overly excited about the flip flops. I haven't bought some in so long. Well, we had a Target card from Christmas worth $30. Darren got two polo shirts and I picked up a couple of shirts for Landon. One says, "I'm with handsome" with an arrow pointing up. The other says, "I do all of my own stunts" or something like that. I thought the handsome one was great. I had a really nice time with Darren. My night was complete with a caramel frappachino (sp?) from Starbucks.

Today in church practically everyone sang happy birthday to me. That was embarrassing. Some time during service Darren showed me he picked up a couple of cards for free bowling!! :D That made me happy. So...bowling is tomorrow. We're also very happy because Darren just found out today he has REAL work here. The guy says he'll pay what he's been earning in Delhi and maybe more later if he finds he's worth it. I feel like we have a lot to celebrate. I'm so proud that Darren built up the courage to call this guy. We really need this.

Anyhow, I'm going to try to get into a better mood now. I woke up grumpy from a nap and I have no idea why. Although...I kind of wish Landon wasn't lifting up my shirt to nurse like every 30 minutes.
